Printing problems can be caused by cables that aren’t connected properly, corrupt drivers, incompatible drivers, printer settings, missing updates, and problems with your printer.

Zebra LP2844 won’t print
Is there another type of cable I can use? Today this happened again and I am unable to get it to print again.

Most newer computers don’t have a parallel port, so you would have to use a USB to parallel converter — which requires its own driver. This particular printer only has a parallel port and another smaller printer port, but no usb or mini usb on the printer itself.
Let us know the status of the issue. You can simply download the Zebra driver for their site free of charge.
I would then uninstall and reinstall the printer and then it would again for a few days. Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers attempt to trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services.
